Prime Rib of Beef (20 oz) $32 Slow roasted and cooked to tender perfection. This steak's fat cap provides it with juices and flavor. Enjoy this beautiful piece of meat at any temperature, but we like Medium Rare best.
Ribeye (18 oz) $32 Ribeye, known for its ribbon of fat that runs through it, is tender, flavorful and always juicy. For those Medium and Medium Well lovers this is your steak. However, can be enjoyed at any temperature.
NY Strip (16 oz) $32 A particularly tender and flavorful cut of meat. Slightly firmer than filet, but similar in fat content. This is a leaner cut and recommended at lower temperatures. Not recommended at Well Done.
Filet Mignon (10 oz) $38 The most delicate and tender cut of meat taken from the smaller end of the tenderloin. It is full of flavor and has a light marbleization of fat. We recommend ordering this steak Medium Rare. We do not recommend Medium Well to Well Done preparation.
Kansas City Dry Aged NY Strip (16 oz) $44 Aged for 28 days, this bone-in steak is full of flavor and aroma. the aging process lends a deeper, more nutty taste to the meat. Go for Rare to Medium Rare for maximum enjoyment.
